Verify a member of Obsavia staff

Fraudsters impersonate exchange employees. Before you act on any instruction, verify the person against the official register below. A genuine member of staff will never object to being verified and will never ask for your password, your authenticator code or a verification code.

Check a staff identifier

Every member of Obsavia staff who may contact an account holder holds a staff identifier in the form JX followed by four digits. Ask for it and check it here.

What Obsavia staff will never do

  • NoAsk for your password, your authenticator code or a code sent to you.
  • NoAsk you to transfer assets to a wallet said to be safe.
  • NoAsk you to install remote access software on your device.
  • NoContact you first about an investment opportunity or a trading signal.
  • NoAsk for payment of a fee to release a withdrawal.

Official channels

Any other address, telephone number, social media account or messaging group is not operated by Obsavia. Report an impersonation attempt to the compliance team.

Authorised staff register

Every person listed below is authorised to contact account holders in the role stated. The register is maintained by the compliance team and is updated when a role changes or a person leaves.
